Gotta Have It - White Water Jug

I am absolutely loving this white porcelain jug from globaltrade that was featured in the August issue of Domino. The 10″ jug is normally $24 but with the Domino coupon (type “Domino” at checkout) it is only $18. I may need to buy one.

iVillage Trys to Trump My Blog … More Lunch Bags
I recently wrote about how I was looking for a new lunch bag to replace my ridiculous one. iVillage wrote an article on just this very thing this week (brilliant minds think alike I suppose). Here are some of the ones they highlighted that I liked. You can see the remaining article here.

The Lacoste Lunch Bag, $90 at Zappos. This certainly falls into the “if I had a million dollars” category because $90 is just ridiculous to spend on a lunch bag.

Feed 100 Bag, $30 at Whole Foods. With the purchase of each FEED 100 Bag, 100 school-age children in Rwanda receive lunch for an entire year.
Now that is pretty cool. I want to feed children. It is just not that attractive.

Built NY in Polka Dots, $25. This one is pretty darn adorable. I would love it even more if it fed 100 people though.

Um… What Happened to Britney?
I am watching the MTV Video Music Awards right now and I am wondering what happened to Britney Spears? When I heard she was “opening” I thought that meant she was performing?! I tuned in just to see if she was a hot mess or back to her hot performing self and she really didn’t do anything. All she really did was a not-so-funny skit with that actor from Knocked Up. What a disappointment.
Check in with my twitter to see more of my thoughts on the VMAs.

Vote A My New Lunch Box
As you can see, my lunch box is an eyesore. It was a freebie my Mom picked up for me at the National Teachers Convention that has an advertisement for a program for teens on the front. Yes, it is electric yellow and hideous but it was free and I couldn’t see a good reason to buy new one. Well, now it is hideous and falling apart so it is time to buy one. Below are some that I like but I can’t really decide. I need help deciding. So leave a comment and let me know what you think.
Elle makes a few cute options available on ebags …

Crane & Co. - $16.00
(I am pretty sure this is my favorite but it looks a little smaller than the others)

Oslyn Iced Ginger - $19.95

Oslyn Sweet Magic - $19.95

Built N.Y. Gourmet Lunch Bags - $23.95
(very popular bags right now so I think it will be reliable)
